Meet Syai (or Az, as her friends call her). Syai’s lifelong interest in cooking started with her Mum. She had an amazing ability to whip up any dish without having to refer to a recipe and was very particular about every detail - like how the ingredients should be sliced. Through food, Syai sees the joy and community that it brings. Syai sees the whole process of cooking as an art form, and she started her business to share her creations and love of local cuisine.
